About Moonsy
Moonsy is made by a family in Denmark. We write bedtime stories, read them aloud, and give them away for free.
What we make
Every story is written to be read aloud slowly, for children roughly between two and ten. Nothing frightening, no sudden loud noises and no cliffhangers, because a story at bedtime has one job: to help a child settle. Most take between four and fifteen minutes.
The stories we tell
We tell the fairy tales we grew up with. Hans Christian Andersen was Danish, and his tales are part of how children in Denmark learn to imagine - The Ugly Duckling, The Princess and the Pea, Clumsy Hans. Alongside those we tell the Brothers Grimm, the old Nordic tales, and calm original stories we write ourselves.
